IN-HOME CARE SERVICES

Our home health care services start with a free in-home consultation by a Registered Nurse. The nurse will assess you or your loved one’s needs. We will collaborate with you or your family to create a care plan specific to you. Next, we will assign and match you with a caregiver that suits your needs. The plan is flexible and can change at any time as the needs of your loved ones change.

Choosing AAA Home Health to care for your veteran loved one is a great decision because we specialize in providing compassionate, tailored care for those who have served our country. Veterans often have unique medical and emotional needs, and our team is trained to address these with the highest level of professionalism and respect.

We work closely with veterans' benefits programs, making the process smoother and ensuring they get the care they deserve, all while providing personalized care plans that focus on their well-being, comfort, and dignity. With AAA Home Health, your loved one will receive top-tier care in the comfort of their home, preserving their independence while receiving essential support.

MAINTAIN INDEPENDENCE

  • Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care: Our caregivers are highly trained in memory care and can utilize many techniques to care for those with Alzheimer’s or Dementia. They will play cards, do puzzles, color, and many other activities to stimulate memory and brain activity.

  • Respite Care: This is beneficial to the family members, as well as for the one being cared for. Our caregivers will come in to care for your loved one so that you can take a break and take care of yourself as well.

  • Post-Operative Care: If you just got discharged from the hospital and want to come home instead of going to a rehab facility, our licensed caregivers can help with your recovery.

  • 24-hour Home Care: Our caregivers can help you or your loved ones for just a few hours a day to up to 24 hours a day. Two caregivers will split the shift and rotate, ensuring that a caregiver is always awake and providing quality care to you or your loved one. We also offer live-in caregivers.

  • Companion Care: Our Companions offer emotional support, conversation, and meaningful friendships built on trust and respect.

  • We will also work alongside Hospice to provide comfort and care to your loved one.
